Palisades Community Acupuncture will provide a group setting (10 ft apart and following COVID precautions) where auricular acupuncture is administered. Each time slot will accommodate 3 – 4 people. The ear is a microsystem of the body. NADA (National Acupuncture Detox Association) is a protocol that has been used for decades to ease stress, anxiety, pain and support detox from substance abuse. You will be provided a zero gravity chair where you can lean back and relax. The treatment is designed to help your body move toward homeostasis. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Nourish well the day of your appointment and don’t eat one hour prior to your treatment.
